Press release from Mentor Public Library : June 25, 2021 Want to paint some pumice? Beautify a basalt? In other words, ready to make some art that rocks? We're hosting a rock-painting program for adults on Friday, July 9, outside of our Main Branch. We'll provide all the supplies, including the rocks that will serve as your canvas. You only need bring you creativity. We're hosting two rock-painting sessions that day – one at 10 a.m. and the second at 11:30 a.m. – to make room for as many people as possible. The program is free, and registration is required beforehand. You can sign up online or by calling (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.
