A1 Sun will be interviewing and hiring for multiple positions, from experienced crew leads to entry level installers.A1 Sun is a local, quality driven, Alameda County Green Certified, Solar and Energy Storage Design and Installation firm. Experience in electrical and/or trades a plus. No experience necessary for entry level positions, as long as you consistently do your best, improve, and aim to exceed expectations.Entry Level Installer (Starting $16/hr and up, compensation based on experience and skills):• Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.• Fluent in English (Spanish speaking is a plus).• Physically able to lift >50 pounds.• Strong sense of ethics.• General construction knowledge to include: roofing, electrical, and carpentry skills.• Available to work extended hours if need be.• Commitment to safety.• Construction is inherently dangerous. There will be regular exposure to discomforting/irritating factors such as; outdoor weather conditions, confined space, heights.• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid, punctual attendance.Lead Installer/Crew Lead (Starting $24/hr and up, compensation based on experience and skills):We expect an experienced installer to exhibit all of the traits listed for an entry level position plus:• 3 + years solar and electrical experience.• Comfortable communicating with clients, coworkers, and other tradespeople.• Experience supervising and facilitating others.• Experience bending conduit.• Energy Storage knowledge and experience is a plus.• Enphase experience is a plus.• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.• NABCEP certification also a plus.If you fulfill the above job description and are interested in interviewing, please send a resume and any other relevant info you would like us to know to the link below and we will follow up by phone within a few days.We look forward to hearing from you.
