TUSCALOOSA, AL — Kids of all ages are invited to June's installment of the Tuscaloosa StoryWalk, which is set for Saturday at Palmore Park at 3701 Fosters Ferry Road. Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority (PARA), along with the Tuscaloosa Public Library officially unveiled the first StoryWalk in April, turning the Tuscaloosa River Walk into a walkable storybook, with podiums displaying laminated pages of a children's storybook that can be read as participants walk the path. The University of Alabama's College of Human Environmental Sciences has also participated in making Tuscaloosa StoryWalk possible. Watch: PARA, Tuscaloosa Public Library Unveil First StoryWalk Saturday's StoryWalk will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. Organizers will be located directly behind the Harrison Taylor Splashpad.
