We are a residential property management firm looking for a PART TIME(15-30 hours/week)handyman that can assist in the repair and maintenance of our apartment complexes. Properties are located in downtown Rochester and surrounding suburbs. Necessary skills include -PLUMBING repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation -ELECTRICAL repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation -PAINTING and MINOR DRYWALL repair Must be reliable, self motivated & able to work unsupervised Must have no criminal record and reliable transportation.
