We are a residential property management firm looking for a PART TIME(15-30 hours/week) worker that can assist in the repair and maintenance of our apartment complexes. Properties are located in downtown Rochester and surrounding suburbs.
Necessary repair skills include
-None
Must be reliable, self motivated & able to work unsupervised
Must have no criminal record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
