This job includes a variety of tasks keeping apartment buildings clean in the Ellwood area. As the buildings' Custodian you will be responsible for the daily cleaning of laundry rooms and common areas, sweeping of landings, emptying trash containers and policing grounds. May include occasional light cleaning of apartments. You must be able to follow written instructions and work without continuous supervision. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and use a power washer. We will provide training, though experience is helpful. Mornings, 8 to noon.
