Do you have experience with... -Professional Audio, Video or Lighting -Theater Production -Electrical or Construction -Event Setup -Catering We are a Santa Barbara based company looking to hire additional crew members for our production team. Must be a self motivated team player with problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. You will get to work behind-the-scenes at many exclusive properties, private estates, wineries, hotels and more. Much of the work is outside so you can enjoy our beautiful town and surrounding areas. Job Requirements: -Setup and breakdown of equipment -Understand company processes and procedures. -Interact with team members and other vendors professionally -Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot problems -Job tasks include heavy lifting (typically 35-70 pounds) NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON Shifts are available throughout the week but the ideal candidate would accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed for events (Late nights are part of our industry) Typical venues are within Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ventura/Ojai and the Santa Ynez Valley. This is a part-time/ as-needed position. Typically 15-30 hours per week but during busy times with ideal availability, you can get in full 40 hour weeks. Potential for advancement within the company!
