Needing some flooring done

I am a renter with horrible floors in my kitchen and back patio. Looking for someone with experience and references to remove old floor down to sub flooring. And install the new floor I purchased (snap together). Should only be a one day job. Would love someone to give me an estimate of time frame and how much.. Thanks in advance
