The Kern River Valley Art Association invites you to participate in the annual Kernville Arts and Crafts Festival over Labor Day Weekend in sycamore shaded Circle Park, located in the quaint western-style town of Kernville, nestled in the Southern Sierras, and within walking distance of the Kern River. When: There are 2 shows each year for this annual event. The dates for the 2021 shows are as follows: Labor Day Weekend: September 4, 5, 6 - Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Where: In Circle Park, located at the town center of Kernville, CA 93238. Overnight security will be provided. Eligibility: The festival is open to original handmade arts and crafts. Our goal is to have a show with variety both in media and price range. No mass produced items, imports, or kits will be considered. The criteria for selections are quality, originality, diversity, and presentation. Each medium will be limited to assure a well-balanced show. The festival features 40 arts and crafts booths.
