We are looking for a full or part-time cook to join the EVO X food truck team. This position is for someone with a good attitude and strong work ethic that wants to learn about food in a busy, fun environment. The food truck is run by John Glover, a super talented Chef with tons of experience and a lot to offer. We are located at Fore Points Marina, right on the water over looking beautiful Casco Bay. This amazing outdoor location is also home to the Marina Bar and Bard Coffee truck. Our focus is New England coastal food with a twist. We try to keep the food fun and elevated, using the best local produce, fish, and meat. The menu will change seasonally and we will run specials as often as possible. We also have some kick-ass grills. EVO X is a sister property to EVO Kitchen & Bar making this position either seasonal or year round- the choice is yours. This position has the potential for real growth within this company, as we are opening another restaurant next year called "bldg. Twelve".
