I am expanding my successful just under 13 month old barbershop, "Bonafide Barber!" My website is bonafidebarber.org just for validation purposes! I need to raise $30K to get a 10-12 shuttle passenger party bus which includes the inside and outside to be decked out. I already have recruited 3 barbers who 2 of them I went to barber school with and the other was one of the busiest barbers at Lids & Clips I was working with on the south side of Milwaukee. I also have been strategically, in a dripped format and fashion, promoting THIS MOBILE CONCEPT. Business Plan and details can be presented and discussed on the follow up call - but I have been planting seeds in my head and networking and making connections over the past 8 months and definitely foresee the future in this business model. AS A STRATEGIST SINCE I WAS IN DIAPERS AND PLAYING WITH LEGOS AND COMPETITIVE BOARD GAMES, I THINK WAY INTO THE FUTURE, SO I KNOW I WILL need $100K as a safety net to pull me through the first 20-24 months - THIS IS JUST A SAFETY NET OR INSURANCE - ONLY USE IF REALLY NEEDED, THAT WAY THERE IS NO CONFUSION LATER. ALL profits will be used to get more shuttle buses and into expanding, ad spend for recruiting/hiring, etc. to grow and expand. Recruiting/Scouting/Marketing/Sales Pipeline needs to be fat and full at all times and sales cycle does not stop to consider budget, we play offense and hard OFFENSE.. **THE TRICK/CHALLENGE WILL BE TOO BE AGGRESSIVE WITH RECRUITING BARBERS BUT NOT SO MUCH WITH PROMOTING THE MOBILE CONCEPT, AS THERE WILL BE ONE BUS TO START THAT SEATS 2 CHAIRS COMFORTABLY. THIS WILL RESULT IN SLOWER GROWTH, BUT FEWER BIG AND COSTLY MISTAKES! Differentiators - PROVEN TACTIC #1 = FIRST CUT IS FREE - PRICE (TBD) - AND THE EMPLOYEE GIVING THE CUT MEANS THEY MUST BE COMPENSATED AS IF THE CUSTOMER PAID FULL PRICE. I KNOW IT DOES NOT SOUND INTIRGUING BUT THIS HAS TO HAPPEN TO PLANT THE SEEDS - I HAVE SEEN THIS AS I GREW MY BUSINESS WITH ZERO BOOK OF BUSINESS GIVING OUT FREE FIRST-VISIT CUTS AND IT IS A PROVEN FORMULA - WE LOSE SHORT TERM BUT REAP BIG REWARDS LONG-TERM, JUST TRUST ME. 2) PROVEN TACTIC #3) - No one is doing this at scale IN THE US (NOTICE I SAID "IN THE US") - meaning they are not 1 SINGLE entity with boat loads of vans and barbers driving to people's houses IN A TIMELY MANNER, yes... this will be challenging to find reliable barbers and going against the old way of doing things, that is why no one is doing it, not because it it not possible, but because they do not know how to do it and they do not have the VISION. :)) TACTICS #3) ARE BELOW: -GREATER CONVENINECE, -BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, -FASTER SERVICE ON AN ABSOLUTE LEVEL AND DURING THE SERVICE -MORE PRIVACY - SIDE NOTE - LOOK HOW SUCCESSFUL THE FOOD TRUCK BUSINESS BECAME. ALSO, THNK OF HOW MANY ARE WORKING FROM HOME, AND COMBINE THIS WITH DOOR DASH, UBER EATS, GRUB-HUB, NO ONE WANTS TO LEAVE THEIR HOUSE ANYMORE - SOON WE WILL BE EATING AND PURCHASING GROCERIES THROUGH A ZOOM VIDEO CALL. :) START WITH 1 VAN - 3 PART-TIME AND RELIABLE BARBERS WORKING 25-30 HOURS A WEEK - GAMEPLAN WITH MORE DETAILS WILL FOLLOW IN THE SUBSEQUENT CALL. WHILE I WORK ON THE BUSINESS AND IF I NEED TO I WILL FILL IN AND DRIVE - WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES, WHATEVER IT TAKES. I am not joking, I am serious and just need one or two early adopters and lets change the WORLD UNDER MY VISION AND CONTROL, IT IS VERY VERY POSSIBLE! Oh yeah... IF YOU NEED SOME PROOF - CHECK THE LINK TO THE RIGHT HERE - (COPY/PASTE) IF THE LINK DOES NOT WORK - - -HE IS EXPANDING AND FRANCHISING OUT WITH 2500 OF HIS SMALL TINY, NON-SPATIOUS VANS TO THE USA IN EARLY 2022! -THE MODEL IS PROVEN BUT HIS SYSTEM COULD BE IMPROVED MEANING HE CHARGES HIS CUSTOMERS A FEE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS AS WELL AS THE BARBERS! THERE WILL BE NO FEE IN MY BUSINESS MODEL AND... -SECONDLY, WHEN IT IS TIME TO SCALE OUT GLOBALLY AND OVERSEAS, THE FRANCHISE TAG IS OUTDATED AND THIS WAS A MONEY-DRIVEN DECISON AND NOT A CUSTOMER DRIVEN DECISION, I ASSUME AT LEAST. MORE TIME, ENERGY AND RESOUIRCES NEEDED TO SPENT ON REAL ESTATE AND RECRUITING AND HIRING WHICH WOULD BLEED PROFITS, BUT...THESE DAYS THERE ARE WAYS TO COMPENSTAE FOR DOING IT THIS WAY, SO NO NEED TO WORRY INVESTORS, A WIN-WIN SITUATION, WHICH I WILL GET INTO LATER OFF LINE. -LASTLY, AS SUCCESSFUL AS THE CUTTING CHAINS ARE, THEY GET SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND HIGH TURNOVER RATES AND POOR CONMPENSATION FOR THEIR WORKERS AND NO GROWTH POTENTIAL, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED A STRONG FOUNDING SPIRIT TO KEEP THE COMPANY GROWING. ILL EXPLAIN MORE, NOT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE TO DISCUSS. ONCE WE BEGIN TO SCALE OUT, THIS BECOMES MORE OF A LOGISTICS, REAL-ESTATE DISTRBUTION BUSINESS MORE AND MORE - WHICH I LOVE THE BUSINESS SIDE OF THINGS MORE AND CANT WAIT FOR :)))) - I LIVE FOR THIS AND LITERALLY HAVE NO SOCIAL LIFE AND JUST DREAM ABOUT THE FUTURE AND FIND WAYS TO MAKE IT BETTER. :) AS WE BEGIN TO SCALE OUT WITH THE FIRST 6-7 YEARS, THE APP (WHICH IS ALREADY BEING BUILT AND THE SEED IS ALREADY PLANTED AND JUST GETTING WATERED DOWN) WILL BE USED 2 BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND BARBERS WILL HAVE PROFILES AND REVIEWS AND THE CLIENT CAN CHOOSE THEIR BARBER BASED ON THEIR SCHEDULE AND ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE HANDLED HERE. BARBER KEEPS TIP, OF COURSE AND COMPANY CULTURE WIL DRIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM AS A WHOLE. AND THE CUSTOMER NOR THE BARBER WILL GET CHARGED A FEE! The Mission - Is primarily for the people - to bring people of all ages (mainly the early adopters will fall in between 20-35 age range) but eventually they all will fall. - not cocky, pure confidence and it won't be easy but with the right investor mindset & BACKING...THIS IS WHAT I ENVISION... -in 5-7 years we will be hitting our growth spurt - LOT BUILDING PROCESS BEGINS IN SPECIFIED REGIONS. -Year 9-13 begin to EXPERIENCE investor capital drip. -YEAR 15-18 years, money will splatter all over the place, BUT JUST BE PATIENT. This is the sort of gains and return I EXPECT and am confident I have the ability/talent, team building and drive to make happen! I HAVE BEEN THROUGH LOTS OF HARDACHE/PAIN AS A BARBER, AND MY STORY WILL BLOW YOUR MIND, AS TO WONDER HOW I OWN MY OWN SHOP TODAY 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE SHUTDOWN WITH ZERO BOOK OF BUSINESS AND SUCCESSFUL TODAY.
