My old female dog needs help

My old female beagle mix has taken a turn for the worse. She is 14 and losing all her fluids and lost a lot of weight. No pain but now won’t eat. I’m not mobile A poor Senior that’s lost everything but house. Also care for my disabled Son with no help from the Federal government. I have no money barely scraping by, I love my baby Ritamae, don’t know who can help. Thank You Steven Snow I can’t call out could not pay my bill.
