Our metal fabrication company is looking for at least two new field ironworkers. Ideal candidate needs to be able to read blueprints on an iPad and effectively communicate with project managers and other crew members regarding the plans and identify if there will be any problems during installation and communicate the problem to find a solution. Must be able to perform task that can go from erecting structural steel to installing guardrail or even stairs. MUST BE A TEAMPLAYER. Candidate needs to be responsible, dependable, and honest. You may be asked to travel for certain jobsites. Candidate(s) need to be able to fluently speak and write English. Also need to have reliable transportation to get to jobsites, due to COVID-19 we can’t have employees riding in work trucks together. Weld certificates are necessary. This is not a job for someone who thinks they will be able to coast by, this is a position for someone that wants to work. This is a full-time Monday-Friday job, starting at 6am-230pm. Overtime will be required at times. Pay will be decided upon prior experience. This is not an entry-level job. We offer vacation time, sick time, and benefits.
