Our metal fabrication company is looking for at least two railing fabricators. Ideal candidate needs to be able to read blueprints on an iPad and effectively communicate with project managers and other crew members regarding the plans and identify if there will be any problems during fabrication. Must be able to fit and tack. MUST BE A TEAMPLAYER. Candidate needs to be responsible, dependable, and honest. You may be asked to travel for certain jobsites, if you are needed in the field. Main job location will be at the shop in Jamul. Candidate(s) need to be able to fluently speak and write English. Also need to have reliable transportation to get to jobsites if asked to go in the field, due to COVID-19 we can’t have employees riding in work trucks together. Weld certificates are preferred. This is not a job for someone who thinks they will be able to coast by, this is a position for someone that wants to work. This is a full-time Monday-Friday job, starting at 6am-230pm. Overtime will be required at times. Pay will be decided upon prior experience. This is not an entry-level job, we would like at least 3-5 years of experience.
