AGC Home Remodeling is looking for Experienced Construction Laborers to join our team in the Austin Area. Minimum of 1 years of construction experience is required. AGC is growing immensely and need someone who is detail oriented, has a general understanding of remodels, and loves making customers happy with exquisite build outs! We have a unique bonus program where any project that exceeds financial expectations are paid back to those directly responsible for the project and based on individual performance. Responsibilities and Qualifications: 1 year or more of construction experience with remodels and additions Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Detail oriented and loves to do high quality work Must have a clean background - No felony convictions Must be able to pass a drug test and a physical exam Valid driver's license with a personal truck Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively Ability to work at heights off elevated platforms, ladders, mechanical lifts Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop often Able to work flexible hours to include weekends, holidays, and be able to work & stay out of the city (on occasions) Must be reliable, a good communicator, and be able to maintain a high quality of finishes
