Full time, permanent position at a 94 unit condo complex. This is a full time (40 hours per week) job. Person must have the ability to maintain complex, perform exterior repairs, lawn/landscape maintenance, and balance pool chemistry
Duties include:
- Mowing the grass and bagging it.
- Exterior repairs, such as removing/replacing/painting siding;
- Keep pool chemistry in check (we will train), and cleaning (skimming pools) daily;
- Keep “dog poop” containers (all bagged) dumped daily;
- Keeping trash emptied at mailbox;
- Lightbulbs changed at mailboxes;
- Pool keys to residents;
- Responding to broken pipes in parking areas (if major, we use a plumber to fix);
- Perform power-washing as needed;
- Cleaning/painting stair rails, etc.;
- Fence repair, as needed;
- Responding to emergencies, as needed (broken pipes, etc.) and notifying Condo Board member of issues;
- Coordination of any subcontractors needed;
- minor concrete work (patching sidewalks where plumbing repairs done, etc.).
- minor parking lot maintenance (such as filling cracks, etc.);
- Other duties, as assigned.
Starting pay, $19 per hour. Forty (40) hour week is normal. Must be able to occasionally lift 40 lbs. This is an INDEPENDENTLY CONTRACTED position, meaning you will receive a 1099 form, only, and be responsible for your own taxes. Cell phone is furnished.
