NCW is now hiring Production Laborers for immediate openings in the Louisville, KY area. These are full-time positions working consistent 40-50 hours per week. Candidates will be tasked with assembly, packaging, material handling, loading/unloading, operating machines, and/or prepping parts to be painted. There are opportunities for pay increases, company benefits, and career advancement. Openings are on 1st or 2nd shift. Requirements: -Must be able to complete repetitive actions. -Comfortable with physical labor -Steel-toed boots -Able to read a tape measure -Must be able to pass a drug test. -Previous experience working in manufacturing and / or environments is a preferred -Experience operating machines, using hand tools is a plus.
