Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time maintenance make ready technician for a clean older property located in Louisville. The position is full-time Mon-Fri. Experience is required. Applicant should be comfortable with the following at a minimum: Drywall repair Minor electrical Minor plumbing Basic subfloor repair Plumbing repair, snaking drains, replacing fixtures, toilets, etc. Trim Carpentry Ceramic tile replacement Must have own tools Pay 19-24/hr plus bonuses, depending on experience!
