Hyper Organized Housekeeper Needed for Small Family in Santa Monica! Full-TimeSanta MonicaPosted 1 day ago Location: Santa Monica Schedule: M-F, 8-4 or 9-5 plus flex for help if they entertain guests on a weekend day Compensation: Up to $35/hour net, DOE! A small family of 3 in Santa Monica is in need of a very reliable, organized, detail oriented housekeeper to help keep their VERY busy home clean and running smoothly. The family wants to find someone they can count on, who loves to take care of a home and can manage it on their own. Ideally you are a self – starter, and can take initiative to get things done (without being asked or told what to do). The home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the Mrs. keeps an extremely organized household (she works as an interior designer). MUST be very organized, can keep up with the systems put in place, maintain the order, and can take direction well. The family needs someone who has an eye for detail – for example, there should not be any dust underneath the couches, cobwebs in the corners/ceilings, dead flowers in the house. The family likes their quiet space so please be mindful of that (no talking on the phone while working, for example). Please LOVE dogs as there are two friendly pups in the home. BONUS if you love to cook – there will be some light meal prep on occasion. Other duties include: Ironing (they air dry a lot of clothes and they will need to be ironed) Laundry Willing to take dogs for a walk Put groceries away Wash the produce and put away in the fridge. Keep order in the kitchen SOME occasional meal prep -simple (rice and beans) Fully covid vaccinated
