I need someone to help with the following activities: - Pick up and deliver Yard Signs on properties listed for sale - Deliver door hangers to specific addresses - Other miscellaneous tasks related to my real estate business Requirements: - Pass a background check - Valid Driver's License - Maintain and clean and well kept appearance - Be friendly - Responsive to my communication Details: Each task location will vary, with 90% of the jobs being inside of the 485 loop here in Charlotte. Door hangers will be primarily in the 28208 and 28216 zip codes. This is not a consistent part-time position. This will probably be just 1-5 days a month and the tasks can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. This is not a real estate sales position, however I can certainly help you learn the business if interested. While you not be expected to communicate directly with anyone, you may occasionally need to interact with people while dropping something off. If you're doing a good job and you'd like to expand this type of work, I can introduce you to several hundred agents in the area who may also want to hire you.
