Description

This ad is going to be a little bit negative, not ugly or rude, but a little on the negative side. Let's be honest we live in a negative world. Most people don't have what it takes to run their own little business. Which is the reason less than 10% of the population is truly self-employed. Education does not determine success. Drive and determination is what really matters. In my experience of 10 years doing this landscape and pressure wash business I have found several reasons why people fail. Not in any particular order number one people can't show up on time. Whether it's to the initial meeting, an estimate with a customer or in the mornings to start the job. People fail at time management. Number two get off the drugs and alcohol. Number three procrastination. People say I'll do it tomorrow.  Or I'll wait until next time. It's really hard when you get done working and 8 or 9 hour day and you look at your phone and you have three new customers who are looking for estimates. Most people come up with excuses of why they can't call the customers immediately the same day they call looking for your service. I'm tired, it's late, I got to feed my dog or anything else is a BS excuse of why you can't do it. People feed in to their own failure. Number three people think they are worth more than they are. And number four you answered a landscape and pressure wash business ad. I guarantee there's going to be people that don't read this and send me their name and number and don't have their own basic equipment to complete jobs. I am looking for independent contractors to help grow their customer base. Let's be honest most people got into Landscaping and pressure washing for a few reasons I'll tell you mine is because I caught a bad rap in high school and got a bunch of felonies on my record and so it stopped me from getting a regular job. I didn't like school so I didn't go to college. I wanted something different. Something I could call my own. If you need a ride to work every morning and a ride home in the evening you are not worth very much to a company. Sorry next ad please. If you say you have five years of landscape experience and it takes you 20 minutes to change the string on a weed eater you are not worth very much to a company. Sorry. If you can't call customers and talk to them professionally and make them feel comfortable you are not worth very much to a company. Basically you're a laborer person and you might make $10 an hour. Sorry. Do you have your own vehicle? You're worth more to that company. Do you have your own basic equipment to complete jobs? You're worth more to that company. Can you take a customer from A to Z calling them back, doing an estimate, completing the job and making them happy? You are worth more to that company. Now instead of being worth more to "the company" re-read the last paragraph and put "YOU" instead of "a company." Because YOU are the company. YOU determine your success, not anyone else. Even though I can show you the way and feed you new customers every week ready to get work done, it is 100% up to you that is going to determine your success. I really hope you took the time to read this. I'm sure a lot if people just scanned through because you're not worth much to the company. :-) Basically I figured out how to advertise and get customers to call the phone looking for work. I'm traveling to all the major cities around here and spreading the word and finding good business professionals to help grow your company. I've been putting these ads in now for about 8 years I've seen great people come through and I've seen crackheads with blue hair. Next! Obviously it costs me money to advertise and get things set up. I am in business to make money just like you. Why you are the one that will make things happen? I will send you a detailed description of what I'm looking to do. After reading you can then send your best contact number and I'm going to be meeting some people here in a few weeks to go talk to some of these customers together and get started. Sincerely, Kevin
