Description
Looking for someone to assist with demo, cleaning and repairing rental properties. This is an entry-level position but any previous experience with carpentry or landscaping would be helpful. You need to have transportation and work boots. Gloves and safety glasses will be provided. You will be using power tools, working inside and outside, and need to lift & carry 50 pounds. On occasion, you will need to go on a roof to clean or repair but we do not do roofing. We DO work weekends so if you cannot work weekends don't apply. Must be able to start right away.
