Looking for cleaning crews of 3+ to work student apartments Turns. Excellent pay. Opportunity for annual extra income for top performers. Fast paced, team atmosphere, excellent opportunity to get work experience and connections. These are basic cleans that move quickly, a bit more than a surface clean. We are cleaning student apartments after the students move out. Must be able to work long hours, must have your own basic supplies and equipment (some supplies are provided). You must provide your own transportation to and from the work site. Apartments are fully furnished, full kitchen, laundry, and twin beds in each room. Compensation is 1099 contract work and paid by production, not hourly. Travel costs to and from the site are reimbursed. Work week is Monday-Sunday and paid the following Friday. Work as many days as you can and as many hours as you want. We can work late on vacant units so you can do this after your regular job. Basic requirements: Bedroom/Bathrooms Wipe down and dust all furniture and blinds (Bed, Desk, Dresser) Vacuum Clean toilet/sink/tub Clean inside cabinets Dust ceiling fan Sweep/mop Common Area Wipe down and dust all furniture and blinds (Dining table, couch, chairs) Clean Refrigerator Clean Stove Clean Washer/Dryer Clean inside cabinets Dust ceiling fan Vacuum Sweep/Mop
