American Sentry Solar, a leading regional solar company that provides easy, affordable options for homeowners who want to reduce their energy costs is hiring multiple positions immediately. We currently are hiring for the following positions within our solar department and no experience is necessary. General Laborer Carpenters Entry Level Installers Experienced Installers Responsibilities – Vary by Position: Install racking and solar panels Become familiar with state, county, city and utility codes, procedures, regulations and interconnection requirements pertinent to projects Responsible for the implementation of all OSHA safety procedures Responsible for the training of clients on newly installed systems Installing and connecting wiring Basic Requirements: Knowledge of solar products is a plus but not necessary Understanding of residential construction Experience with reading blue prints and understanding of electrical schematics Ability to deal with customer issues with patience and resilience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Familiar with NEC codes NABCEP certification is a plus Roofing Experience and ability to climb ladders and work on roofs Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, and the opportunity to work for an exceptional company! *Must be able to commute to Bel Air, MD* We are an equal opportunity employer
