Seeking Residential Construction Project Superintendent to assist Project Manager, for Addition and Remodeling company located in Richmond, VA area. PRIOR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; knowledge of ALL aspects of construction a must; experience in Remodeling field preferred, and previous experience as a project manager/superintendent a plus. Some physical, hands on work required. Should be highly organized, assertive, and able to work well independently and as a team. Strong communication skills needed to effectively coordinate with subcontractors and clients. Salary based on experience. Must have clean driving record, and pass background check.
