Job description Pressure washing business looking for immediate help. We clean hard surfaces, concrete, pavers, and brick. Looking for a part time/ as-needed helper. Pay is hourly. We are looking for someone who can eventually handle jobs alone and take on additional responsibility as the business grows. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours, be reliable and a self-starter. Jobs will be located around the Greater Cincinnati Area. Helper will need to operate either a typical pressure washer unit, or a specialized concrete pressure washing machine. There will be some lifting/moving of equipment required. Experience in running a commercial pressure washer, water based concrete sealing, and paver maintenance with sand lock a plus. Requirements: • Must be 18 or older • Highly Motivated • Fast learner and capable to train others on process and equipment use • Drug free and able to operate heavy machinery • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites with a clean driving record for insurance purposes. • On time and willing to work • Must be able to move/remain stationary while operating hand-controlled equipment for up to a couple hours at a time. • Must be able to frequently load and unload equipment from vehicle or trailer, up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to make machine adjustments, cleanup work area which including picking up items off the ground. • Must follow dress code, including wearing company shirt. Experience in maintenance, pressure washing, DIY/handyman tasks highly preferred. Please mention relevant experience. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour
