Blue Quaker - friendly, good bird. Yes - she plucks. No, we unfortunately don’t know why. I’ve never had a plucker and I’m at a loss trying to help her stop. We are in Indianapolis - she is looking for a good home. Banded and about 4 years old. Not a screamer, not much of a chewer. She likes to sleep in a happy hut and loves fleece to chew on. Can come with or without cage. She will come with her food, treats, etc.
