Looking for Childcare for daughter 2.5 years old

I am looking for full-time childcare for my daughter in the Hebron area. Would prefer a daycare facility where she can interact with lots of other children, where the workers are educated in childcare. Most waitlists are 13-15 deep and the one place that had an opening, showed up early for an interview and the childcare worker was on her phone ignoring the kids. Would do in-home care if the price is reasonable especially if other kids are around. Looking to be able to drop her off around 8-8:30am and pick her up between 5:15 - 6pm. Sometimes I have meetings towards the end of the workday with west coast clients which is why I would need the window to be from 5:15pm - 6pm. This would be M - F no weekends. Looking to stay in Hebron, Burlington or around the 275 loop near Thomas More and the hospitals.
