Wayside provide a warm work environment with management that is team- focused and places value on healthy work dynamics. Tasks Milieu Work: Directly supervise clients with energy & compassion Participate in staff meetings with ideas, ways to create positive care for clients. Facilitating recreational activities for clients that are fun and fantastic. Co – creating with clients with the staff team to ensure the program structure. Positive role modeling for youth.
