We're building a pole building / steel RV garage. 40 by 30 feet 21 feet tall. Estimated start Mid July/Aug. (once the kit is delivered and we get permits) Looking for a couple experienced helpers and one lead person who has advanced experience and knows how to build this type of garage. CONSTRUCTION HELPER: Some experience building a garage required and provide a few references. Pays cash at the end of each day, $40 per hour Likely to be at least 10 days, over $2500-4,000 paid in total. LEAD HELPER/CONSULTANT: Has knowledge on how to work with the Carson City permit dept. Will help us align the Piers, coordinate the cement pier and skirt foundation construction, help construct and install the trusses, roof, walls, windows, doors, help coordinating equipment rentals, help us comply with OSHA work standards, etc. Pays cash at the end of each day, $50 per hour Likely to be more than 15 days, pays over $3500-5,000 in total. This is an owner build but we will provide on site insurance. Each helper must have active health insurance. This will probably take at least 10 days and depending on deliveries of materials we would want to complete as much of the project as we can during every phase. We can work Saturday or Sunday or weekdays. We realize this is a short term job and are flexible so please tell us your availability in late July/Aug. Please respond with your availability and briefly describe your experience with steel buildings or if you have any experience building a kit garage.
