Framer/Drywall bid needed

We are expanding out our business to the Seattle and greater Seattle area. We are currently looking for skilled and professional trades to work with on a current deal, though considering the final product of the work/service you provide, opens the opportunity for consistent ongoing future work on multiple deals. Please consider this when making your bid. This is not residential retail work, we strive to deliver the best quality that's on time and up to standard. Drywall work scope: - Remove popcorn ceiling in all rooms/living spaces/downstairs ceiling (start on July 7th) - Kitchen ceiling needs new ceiling (demo will be finished and ready for you to put up drywall start date ~July 10th) - Drywall new ceiling downstairs to replace existing drop ceiling. - Drywall and close an existing doorway - Repair/patch up drywall in garage (towards the end of project) Framing work scope: - Downstairs existing open doorway needs framed before installing drywall - Downstairs ceiling will need framed before drywall ceiling is put up - Downstairs bathroom will need a framed (existing wall is ~63", frame will need to be 60" from wall to install a walk in shower)
