Are you a retired or semi-retired drummer looking for fun gig to keep your chops up? Or, are you a capable, but inexperienced hobbyist looking to gain live playing experience in a fun, casual environment? A New Lenox-based church is seeking a drummer for it's all-volunteer Contemporary Music ministry. The service is held every Sunday evening at 5:00pm. We will help you stay in the game, or gain valuable playing experience in a live setting, for a minimal commitment. All we ask is that you are available to rehearse 1 weeknight, can make the time to learn 5-6 songs in a 3-week period and serve in one Sunday evening service per month. All rehearsals are led by a professional band leader and electronic drums are supplied. If you are reliable, hard-working, and a team-player, we'd love to hear from you!
