Looking for someone who has basic skills in all real estate repairs maintenance. Thinking part time or full time, see how it goes. Hours will probably vary, mostly mornings is best. All things needed to be done should take maybe a month or less. If things workout maybe a parttime maintenance or be on call after the work is completed, we'll see. Need skills in a few different areas one is, prepping prior to painting wood metal concrete interiors and exteriors Cement repair skills including stucco, concrete blocks foundation sidewalks that need repair. Plumbing knowledge installing faucets, sweat copper pipes, replace sink traps stainers and replacing toilets. Electrical work hanging fixtures replacing outlet 1-2-3 & 4 light switches, repair ceiling fans etc., Also thing's like hanging doors installing handles dead bolts, also trim baseboards door hanging blinds, repair screens rrplace windows etc., Some roofing repair ir replacement and strutual framing but not much. Theres more things I'm missing but this is a good start. I have a couple rentals properties, both need to get all things finished this summer's end. There's to much, my help now has retired moved away or unfortunately passed away. Please, text your name/number to me with ehat you think your pay grade is worth. Most of this work, those contractors my jobs are to small or their overqualified expensive or trip charges are involved. Also if your a licensed Handyman contractor, chances are your to expensive but maybe if not busy or your rates are competitive I could be interested.
