FULLTIME COMMERCIAL CLEANER/CARPET & FLOOR TECHNICIAN

Description

We are looking for a Commercial Cleaner/Carpet & Floor Technician to take care various facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our clients buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Pay starting at $15/hr, Monday-Friday (some evening hours may be needed). Responsibilities: 1. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) 2. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects 3. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs 4. Stock and maintain supply rooms 5. Cooperate with the rest of the staff 6. Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: 1. Proven working experience as a cleaner/carpet & floor technician 2. Ability to handle carpet/floor equipment and machinery 3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies 4. Integrity 5.
