Meet Tesla! Tesla is a big lazy sweetheart that needs his own special human to cuddle up with! He's a lab and pittie mix, around 3 years old and is neutered and potty trained. Tesla absolutely LOVES water and would be amazing for a family that takes trips to the lake or beach. He gets along with EVERYONE he meets, dogs cats, kids. He actually sleeps with my teenage daughter. He also LOVES to ride and will jump in the truck every time the doors open if you let him! He enjoys going for long walks too, my daughter takes him for walks down the dirt road behind our house to see the neighbor's cows. He knows his leash, if you pick it up he gets excited and is ready to go! The ONLY issue he has is with chickens. He does chase chickens. We live on a farm and have had to stop letting him into the pasture because he kills our chickens/ducks. Its not fair to him to have to be confined to the back yard when he's outdoors, so after a LOT of careful thought, we have decided to try and find him a perfect home without chickens. My mom rescued Tesla from the shelter so we will be very picky about where he goes. We need to be certain he will be going to a loving family who will shower him with the love and attention he deserves. **Adoption Fee Applies to ensure a fatastic, but is negotiable for the perfect family!
