Property Management company seeks a quality maintenance technician with following responsibilities and requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general maintenance for all residential rental properties, hallways, buildings, common areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and replacement, minor plaster/paint repair, hardware, minor carpentry and cabinetry repair, garage door repair, fence repair, minor roof or siding repair, special projects, etc. - Utilize equipment properly and safely - Report to supervisor of any pertinent resident or property issues or concerns - General knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations, training provided - After hours emergency on-call maintenance rotation required REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance experience desired (2 + years preferred) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation required Must be able to follow directions and learn quickly Must have a positive, helpful attitude with a team mentality but also able to work well independently Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must pay attention to detail, be service oriented, and have an excellent work ethic Must pass criminal background check and drug screening PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME
