Requires: A valid drivers license. Ability to pass a drug test. Willingness to travel. We are looking for hard workers who are willing to learn a trade. Starting pay will be $15-17 depending on work ethic, availability, and willingness to learn. Pay increase and leadership roles possible, and likely if you work for it. Part time work also available. The type of work you would be training or assisting in would be to assist in the application and repair of epoxy flooring, MMA, resinous flooring, sealed and polished concrete, self leveling, vapor barrier, shot blasting and grinding, and concrete sealant applied to newly poured concrete. Areas of specialization will be favored, and cross training between different types of flooring will be given. Possible leadership roles if you prove capable and responsible, with relevant pay increase. Travel is frequent, with paid lodging and per diem, and compensation for fuel and mileage, relevant to personal vehicle use or company vehicle car pooling. Construction can be pretty hectic, but I will personally work to make sure communication is frequent and effective.
