Small Design + Build firm seeking a Construction Worker to join our team. Candidates must be hard-working, reliable, and work well independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Participate in a variety of construction projects • Follow construction plans • Follow direction from site supervisor and general contractor • Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment • Removing debris, garbage, and material from sites • Assisting contractors, e.g. electricians and painters, as required • Assisting with transporting materials and equipment • Tasks may include: Framing, Drywall, Trim + Door Install, Painting, etc. Requirements: • Experience in the construction industry • Ability to work on a variety of tasks and multiple projects and multi-task • Reliable transportation • Valid Drivers License • Professional Demeanor • Hourly position with paid holidays • $16-$22/hr depending on experience
