LGC Hospitality Staffing Houston is looking for experienced Banquet Servers and Bartenders for Major Events coming to the Houston Area. If you are fun, outgoing, and poses great communication skills, and have a passion for the hospitality industry contact us NOW. Weekly Pay day on Friday. The qualified candidate will be able to: Server: · Serve food on trays weighing up to 30 pounds. · Set up including table arrangements and place settings. · Interact and serve guest. · Stand/walk on foot up to 6-8 hours at a time. · Set up buffet or plated meals. · Clean up and breakdown after event. · Completed and up to date Texas Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain. · Completed and up to date TABC certificated or willing to obtain. · Must have reliable transportation. · Flexibility to work evenings and holidays. · Background check required. · Pay rate $14-$16 per hour. Bartender: · Must have completed TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) or willing to obtain. · Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. · Interact with guest. · Set up and break down full bar. · Stand on feet 6-8 hrs. straight. · Ability to up sale if needed. · Stock and prepare garnish for drinks. · Wash and sanitize dishware. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must be able to work nights and holidays. · Clean up and break down of event. · Background check required. · Pay rate $14-$16 per hour.
