Maintenance Technician - 3 Apartment Communities

Impact Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 3 apartment communities. The 2 smaller properties are in Onalaska and the 1 larger property is in Lacrosse. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective operations of the physical properties: • Complete work requests in a timely fashion (all props) • Complete maintenance of units and building (all props) • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready for occupancy (maintenance portion only at all props) • Maintain grounds - lawn care, snow removal, salting, etc. (at the 1 Lacrosse property only) • Report accidents, emergency, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately • Demonstrate good customer service skills We Are Looking For Someone: • To work full-time, between 8:00am - 4:30pm (7:30-4pm or 8:30-5pm is ok also) plus on-call required (every other weekend on-call can be shared with cleaner/grounds keeper) • Knowledge of and/or experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, construction, carpentry, painting, vendors, parts, and/or services (general handyman experience in building maintenance) • With interpersonal skills to interact professionally, clearly, and respectfully with tenants and others as needed • To work independently with minimum supervision • To provide their own basic tools for the position • To be able to lift 50+ lbs • With experience in property maintenance or related In This Position You Will Receive • Competitive compensation based on experience and other factors • Cell Phone for work related purposes • Travel Allowance • semi annual logo wear allowance • Paid time off & paid holidays (15 days accrued time off days and 10 days accrued office closure days) • 403(b) program with an employer match (available on day 1 of employment) •Incredible Health Benefits package including 100% paid health insurance premiums for single or family coverage, Life insurance policy, HRA and HSA, and elective dental, vision, short-term disability, etc. Must have a valid DL.
