We are seeking a part time maintenance/cleaner 20-30 hours a week. For a 74 unit Luxury Condo Building.
Responsibilities:
Keep building in clean orderly condition.
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors.
Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Take Dumpsters in and out of trash room.
Clean and maintain trash room and trash chute.
Qualifications:
Pervious experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields.
