Successful candidates should possess the follow skills: • Strong work ethic • Valid Oregon Driver License • Punctuality • Professionalism • Ability to read and comprehend instructions. • Personal tools • 5+ Years installing Composition Shingles. • Experience in Metal Roofing and Single Ply Systems • General Construction Skills Compensation- $20-$27 Per hour DOE • Overtime Available • Paid time off- PTO • Employer Matching retirement plan- 3% Matching IRA • Bonuses • Company retreats (Example- This year the guys will be treated with a trip to Las Vegas)
