Job Summary: Ensure that all blades must meet Lenox standards, monthly tests must be sent to the factory for evaluation. Calibrate electron welder to factory specifications. Receive and put away stock, repair, clean, and maintain welding machines. Pull coil stock and cut to exact blade length and inventory coil stock and supplies weekly. Box blades for shipping. Other duties as assigned. Requirements include:  Strong mechanical aptitude.  Need basic math skills to convert inches to feet and inches.  Able to accurately read a tape measure.  Must be alert to surroundings; detail oriented.  Requires familiarity with basic hand held tools.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.  Able to prioritize well and be adaptable.  Must be willing to attend training at Lenox in Boston for certification.  Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs.  Must pass drug screen, physical and background check.
