Apply in person ONLY,Monday-Saturday 10am-2pm. NO phone calls or emails. NO LAUNDRY required,when you go into the condo it will be stripped and clean linens on the couch. Make beds,replace towels in bathrooms, wipe down kitchens and bathrooms,windex glass surfaces,sweep mop and vacuum and your done :-) Sundays and Mondays are required, showtime is 10am each day. You are paid a flat rate per condo which equals $25hr or more depending on how fast you are able to complete the condo. Efficiency condos are 500sqft and typically take someone one hour or less once you develop your routine and become familiar and pays $25, 2 and 3 bdrm condos are 900 sqft and typically take a hour and a half or less and pay $35-45 per condo. Paid weekly. No taxes, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. These positions fill quickly so please apply ASAP. BayTree Condos, Port Aransas Tx, Office is located in middle of complex in a small brown building. You must be thorough and have a eye for detail or you need not apply. Our housekeepers earn between $450-$850 per week, it depends on you, if you are good and fast you will be assigned more units to be a top earner.
