Need 30' ladder- put up pieces of soffit, clean gutters

I have a large 2 story house that needs 2 pieces of soffit put up, some of the gutters cleaned, and the foam put in the gutters to keep them free of leaves. Probably 3 hours of work. I want the soffiting siliconed in place or some other way of making them stay. Thanks.
