Civil Works Contracting is looking for experienced Utility Crew members. We are looking for experienced loader operators. Loader operators are responsible for moving materials in a safe and timely manner, keeping the rock box full, moving spoils, loading trucks and backfilling. Loader operators are responsible for daily equipment inspections on the loader, fueling, greasing and maintaining the cleanliness of the cab. Loader operator pay ranges form $16.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience. Applicants must have one year experience of operating a loader on a utility crew. CWC is also looking for experienced utility crew laborers. Laborers responsibilities include assisting in rigging, shooting grade, acquiring materials for the pipe layer and hill man, and daily site clean up. One year utility crew experience is preferred but we will train motivated applicants. Pay range for laborers is $14.50 to $17.00 an hour. We are hiring experienced hill men as well. Hill men are responsible for rigging the pipe, assisting the pipe layer in the trench, shooting grade, making saw cuts on the pipe and daily site clean up. One year experience is required and pay range for a hill man ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 an hour.
