Experienced Carpenter or Carpenter's Helper

I could use an extra set of experienced hands on a cedar deck repair job in Troy area. Ideally, this would be an experienced carpenter but could also be an experienced carpenter's helper. Job consists of replacing handrails, some posts and decking, along with some other deferred maintenance. The deck is otherwise structurally sound, this is mostly cosmetic work. About 2-3 days of work depending. I'm looking for quality workmanship, not necessarily speed. This would be ideal for a semi-retired carpenter, or someone looking to fill in between jobs.
