Seeking covered spot for motorcycle storage

I just moved and lost my garage. I have no decent place to park my bike. Seeking pretty secure, covered (doesn't have to be totally enclosed), near 24/7 access parking/storage for bike and a box of bike supplies. Bike is a 250, small. Good condition. No leaks. Not very loud at all. Rider is mature, respectful, considerate mature woman. Non-smoker, clean, clean background. References available. Will need spot to park car while I have bike out. I know $25 a month sounds cheap, but it's not for me - not right now. Willing to barter. Somebody, please.
