Hi, I am a woodworker and need someone with a small box truck or cargo van to help me move a couple bookshelves from Culver City to my client’s apartment in Hollywood. The bookshelves are small and light, but must be handled very carefully! We are also moving a few other items, such as some jobsite tools and lumber. Nothing is particularly heavy, but a few items are long and narrow - so you must have at least 9’-6” in your bed (or a roof rack that can accommodate lumber of that length.
In total, everything will fit comfortably in a small Uhaul, or something like a ProMaster.
It will be one trip. About 8 miles. During peak traffic it can take 40 - 45 minutes. But if we can get on the road by early afternoon it will be half an hour.
I’ll pay $75 cash. Please have a couple furniture blankets on your truck. Please respond if you are available to do this today between 11am - 2pm. Text would be best.
