Neighbor left this pup and bunny and moved

So my kids notice this pup and bunny in my neighbors yard. they just moved. so i assume she just left them. No food or water. anyway so they brought them to the house. i said " wth...we cant keep them." so i let them stay for yesterday. but i. posting so maybe someone will pick them up. or i have to put them back across the street and just give them food and water. please help. i cannot believe people
